The Journey and Transformation of Bhai Manvir Singh

Bhai Manvir Singh is a famous Gurbani artist in the UK. As from his childhood, he believed in Sikh values and beliefs and enjoyed going to the places like Gurudwara Sahib and sitting in the Sadh Sangat to hear religious stories from the preachers. He inspired the values of Sikhism, and when he was twelve to fourteen years he tied a turban with the help of his father on the special occasion, but he regularly cut hair. In his teenage, he embraced Sikhism and became a Singh of Khalsa, and decided not to cut his hair in the future. He is inspired by Bhai Taru Singh Ji's story, who has enough love for his hair and adopts the full Sikhi Saroop. Also, he was inspired by two young shaheed Sahibzades who sacrificed their lives for Sikhism. At last, he took the firm decision and wholly adopted the full Sikhi Saroop.

Transformation of Bhai Manvir Singh:

When studying at school, teachers ask about his religion. When he said that he was a Sikh, they said Sikhs wouldn't cut their hair and wear a turban. He regularly cuts his hair, but after hearing this, he feels that he is not religious. He was inspired by the two young Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, who gave their lives for Sikhism. After that, he took a firm decision not to cut hair and wear a turban. From his childhood, his dreams were to become a Singh.

Manvir Singh Khalsa, in his teenage he strongly decided to become a Singh of Khalsa. He is a motivating and inspiring Gurumukh who lives in the UK. He preaches religious and spiritual stories about Sikh philosophy and history.  During his adolescence, he converted to Sikhi and did many sewa for youth. Manvir Singh UK is an inspirational speaker who talks very passionately. His preaches are well worth listening to listen and share.

Bhai Manvir Singh Praised For Writing Book

Bhai Manvir Singh wrote a book about the history of the Sikh Panth's Rehat Maryada, commonly referred to as Akal Takht Rehat Maryada and Panthic Rehat Maryada. Manvir Singh Khalsa updated the old English translations of the copy of original Sikh Rehat Maryada book to more modern English translations. After a lot of research and analysis, Bhai Manvir Singh exceptionally finished this fantastic project. The book is a history, guiding principles, and a contextual translation of the Sikh Rehat Maryada. It is a 388-page hardcover book in a fresh modern contextual translation.

The book launch was supported by Khalsa Foundation, British Organisation of Sikh Students (BOSS), Singh Sabha Gurdwara Derby, United Sikhs, Akaal Channel, Dr. Gurnam Singh of Coventry University, National Sikh Museum, and Sikh academic.  The book was released after a decade of research by author Bhai Manvir Singh.

Singh Teaches the Beautiful Idea

God is like an infinite ocean, unseen, vast, and all faiths and creeds are like livers. All souls are divine, and the essence of true religion is compassion and loving-kindness. Manvir Singh, through his preaches, teaches people to respect everybody and enlighten their life. His valuable speeches remove the negativity in one's life and make one a confident person through spirituality. He has fallen in love with God and lives his life as a good human being and a humble servant of mankind. With the true belief, he followed the path of the blessed Gurus and became a true Sikh of the Khalsa.
